McMaster is launching the most ambitious fundraising campaign in our history and is building the necessary infrastructure, resources, and campaign team to support our planning.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Advancement Campaign, the Advancement Officer, Campaign Operations will support the day-to-day operations of the campaign and will be key member of the Campaign team that will deliver the accountabilities in the campaign plan.

The Manager, Development will report to the Director, Development, and work closely with the Chairs and Directors of Administration for assigned departments within the Faculty of Health Sciences, specifically the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful incumbent will be an experienced relationship professional and will be responsible for several funder relationships, focusing on gifts ranging from 25K+, and leading to the overall quantitative impact to the Department. Consistent with a team-oriented approach to development strategy, this role liaises with both internal and external partners on development approaches, with strategic support from the Director, Development and University Advancement’s senior leaders.
